YOGA

While I have been practicing yoga for the past 10+ years, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Fusionmovement Yoga Studio in Cambridge in 2017.  I have since taken workshops on teaching Pre/Post-Natal Yoga and Yoga for Anxiety.

Yoga has been an important part of my own journey with depression and anxiety, prenatal preparations, and postnatal recovery as well as a key part in my journey to discovering my self.

I have a passion for helping others practice self-care, self-love and acceptance and enjoy sharing my love of yoga, and the ways it has nourished my body and soul. 

Most recently, I was teaching Mom & Baby yoga classes (with my teaching assistant, Ezra) at Amma Yoga in Kitchener.  In addition to my gig at Amma, this past summer, I was teaching yoga at the Beechwood South Homes Association Community Centre.  While I am not regularly teaching at this time, I substitute fairly often.
