About Me:

I am inspired by the very idea of mosaics: taking something broken and putting it together to form something new and beautiful.

Holding an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, I have continued my professional education with courses at Queen’s University and the Kellogg School of Management.  My professional business experience, before becoming a self-employed artist, was specializing in marketing and spanning a variety of roles, businesses and industries.  I spent 9 years at Microsoft, first in the subsidiary and then moving to the head office in Seattle, Washington where I was first introduced to my love for creating mosaic art.  My experiences at Microsoft, developing and executing global marketing strategies and plans, managing brands and products and driving marketing communications campaigns taught me the importance of effective budget and timeline management, and the benefits of collaboration.
